My private practice office address:

I have office hours on Thursday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Most of clients follow-up with me through text--their initiation rather than mine.  This means of communication is NOT encrypted.

Payment

I accept the following insurances:

 

Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Cigna

United Healthcare

Aetna

I also accept private pay from people who do not want to use their insurance benefits. My out of pocket fee is $135 per hourly session.

For information about your mental health benefits, just call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.   

I accept debit cards, credit cards,  and HSA funds.

Confidentiality

As a therapist, I am bound by HIPAA laws that protect your personal medical and mental health information. There are several situations in which I must break your confidentiality.  If you are a danger to self or others; if I suspect child/elder abuse or neglect ; if I receive a court order for your records, I must comply with state laws and professional ethics regarding my profession.

This being said, if you want to speak with me about the protection of your confidentiality, I will gladly welcome your concerns and we can discuss them.

Hours

​

My weekly business hours are 11 a.m - 7 p.m.,

Tues-Fri.  On Saturdays, my hours are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

I provide telehealth as well as office visits.

I do not see clients on Mondays.  .
